Genicom Corp, the Chantilly, Virginia systems integration company, is paying $12m for Novadyne Computer Systems, a move that will add $35m to its annual revenue. Genicom will hire around 65% of Novadyne’s employees and the company will be integrated with Genicom’s existing operations in Virginia, Texas and Canada.
