It’s taken seven years or so, but Bill Gates’ $60m mansion in Seattle is ready for occupation at last. Reuters reports that Bill, wife Melinda and one-year old daughter Jennifer are set to move in over the next few days. But Gates, who confessed in The Road Ahead that the house had been under construction for what seems like most of my life, will have to put up with builders working on the final details of the lakeside property with its movie theater, 30-car garage, indoor swimming pool and trampoline room, until the end of the year.
