It looks like CrossWorlds CEO and sometime fashion model Katrina Garnett will be off the catwalk for some time to come. While in Detroit last week visiting a client, the frenetic Garnett – famed for posing for company promotions in slinky evening dresses and for appearing on the catwalk at charity fashion events – slammed into a hotel bedframe, gashing her leg so badly it required eight stitches. Then on her return to home in Silicon Valley at the weekend, Garnett sprained her ankle while playing with her kids. [This pace] is not really me! moaned Garnett to an aid, as she hobbled on crutches through the corridors of CrossWorld’s Burlingame, California headquarters.
