Filling in the missing detail on Gandalf Technologies’ plans for a London listing for its shares (CI No 927), the company is coming by way of an introduction, which means that no new money will be raised and no shares offered for sale: the company sees a quote as a means of making acquisitions here – which by no means necessarily means that it will have a go at the much bigger Case Group Plc, where it has just under 10%; as well as in Toronto, its shares are already also traded on the NASDAQ national US market.
