These guys know that the world’s best games writers are Brits (why can’t Microsoft Corp hire some of them to write its operating software and close down the glue factory that currently clogs up Megabytes of memory and disk with spaghetti code?) – North Miami Beach, Florida-based GameTek Inc, developer and publisher of computer, CD-ROM, Sega Enterprises Ltd and Nintendo Co software, is expanding its product development operations in Europe and has formed a new unit, Alternative Reality Technologies, to co-ordinate all GameTek product development resources and oversee future growth in the company’s development capabilities: the expanded European development group will be located at GameTek’s current international headquarters outside of London and will focus especially on development of interactive games for next generation systems including personal computers and dedicated game systems.
