FUNDS FOR COMMON EUROMETHOD SOFTWARE METHODOLOGY

Euromethod, the consortium formed to harmonise software development methodologies is being financed by the European Commission and the Public Procurement Group of member governments in the next phase of its work, which is to work towards a single methodology out of the various ones in use in Europe such as SSADM, Merise, SDM, Dafne and Mein. The consortium chosen for the next phase comprises Sema Group Plc as prime contractor, British Telecommunications Plc, CGI Informatique SA, Datacentralen A/S, Finsiel SpA-Italsiel SpA, Softlab GmbH, Volmac Software Groep NV, ERIA/Ceninsa, Spain, and Portugal’s Instituto Nacional de Administracao.
