By CBR Staff Writer

Fujitsu has got hands on with a palm vein reader in its latest client line.

The Esprimo has an embedded palm vein sensor on the Esprimo Q956.

Models in the desktop and mobile range are claimed to have to provide 94% power efficiency and cut energy costs by 40%.

Fujitsu has also updated the Lifebook notebook line. The Lifebook E7 series (13.3-inch, 14-inch, 15.6-inch) are built on the 6th Generation Intel Core processor.

Jorg Hartmann, a product VP at Fujitsu, said: "The optimised technology underpinning Fujitsu’s refreshed desktop and mobile portfolio delivers the highest levels of performance-boosting productivity, lowers Total Cost of Ownership and further cuts energy."
