Fujitsu has introduced two new LIFEBOOK Ultrabook devices: U772 and UH572 that are powered by the 3rd generation Intel Core processors.

The LIFEBOOK U772 is a 14" Ultrabook designed for business professionals and the UH572 is a 13.3" Ultrabook suitable for general consumers.

Both LIFEBOOK Ultrabook devices are packed with security features including Intel Anti-Theft Technology, Computrace BIOS Persistence Module, BIOS and HDD Password Protection and a Kensington lock.

U772 Ultrabook includes an Intel Core vPro processor platform, Trusted Platform Module (TPM) and a biometric fingerprint sensor, while the LIFEBOOK UH572 Ultrabook adds Intel Identity Protection Technology.

The company has has also introduced a refreshed LIFEBOOK NH532 desktop replacement notebook featuring a 17.3" HD+ display and powered by a new 3rd generation Intel Core processor.

The 14" LIFEBOOK U772 Ultrabook comes with an Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology as well as an optional 3G WWAN. It sports .69" profile, weighs 3.15 pounds, up to 500 GB HDD with 32GB cache or up to 256GB SSD and approximately 7 hours of battery life.

U772 is customisable with different memory, CPU and hard drive options and comes with a large HDD with SSD cache along with Intel Rapid Start Technology and ExpressCache that allows users to switch to working mode from standby mode.

The LIFEBOOK UH572 Ultrabook is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor with Turbo Boost Technology. It features a .71" thin profile, weighs 3.5 pounds, up to 500 GB 5400rpm S-ATA HDD with 32 GB cache and delivers nearly 6 hours of battery life.

It also features Intel WiDi (Wireless Display) to wirelessly stream to the TV or utilise the HDMI port to connect to a larger HDTV to play slideshows and video streaming on a big screen.
