Fujitsu launches new portal for locally built Australian cloud environment

Simplifies IT management and reduce costs

By CBR Staff Writer

ICT business offerings provider Fujitsu has launched a self-service Cloud Services Portal, to offer a flexible model for IT infrastructure, platforms and applications, for locally built Australian cloud environment.

Fujitsu said that the new portal allows enterprises to match technology systems and costs directly to changing business needs, and enables customers to adjust services and usage in real-time with actual pay per use.

The company claims that it is the only vendor currently operating a cloud environment for Australian customers with a single point of customer interaction for provision and coordination of every type of cloud service.

Fujitsu’s Cloud Services are based on the operation, across Australia, of multiple locally designed, installed and managed data centres, which in turn leverage the company’s integration and managed services to reduce risks relating to security and performance.
