Fujitsu launches enterprise management services for SAP applications

Integrates Fujitsu's Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) virtualized enterprise cloud-enabled platform

By CBR Staff Writer

Fujitsu has unveiled a new service offering, Global Enterprise Management Services (GEMS) for SAP applications which provides industrialised model for the delivery of support and infrastructure services for SAP applications within Fujitsu datacentres.

GEMS comes with Fujitsu’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) virtualised enterprise cloud-enabled platform including its global delivery centres and SAP solution-focused service centres.

The company said GEMS allows the Fujitsu Global Network to be provisioned through Fujitsu’s globally distributed access points to enable clients with global connectivity.

Fujitsu Applications of International Business senior vice president Tom Hayes said, "Using our Global Delivery Centers with their highly competitive capabilities puts us in an ideal position to meet our global customers’ requirements."

"Customers should expect high-quality, fit-for-purpose IT services at the lowest price point. Maintaining service levels that support customers’ operations – within their local regions and globally – is still a priority," he added.
