Francis Lorentz, already managing director of Compagnie des Machines Bull, has been appointed president of the French operating company, Bull SA: the move reflects chairman Jacques Stern’s increased workload following the assumption of management control of the new US-UK-Italian Honeywell Bull Inc firm.
