San Jose, California-based Frame Technology Corp is shipping FrameMaker 3.0 for the Apple Computer Inc Macintosh: Framemaker 3.0 is System 7.0-compatible and exploits features such as True Type and Virtual Memory; new functionality including tables, conditional text, and support for the Desktop Colour Separation standard; Frame Technology has also announced that it is reducing the price of FrameMaker 3.0 for the Macintosh to $800, down from $1,000; the key enhancements include an intelligent cell-based tables feature for integrating statistical data, conditional text capabilities for variations of documents using one base, and expanded colour support permits the import and printing of colour images.
