A fourth woman has joined the civil suit lodged against the Santa Cruz Operation Inc and its former president Larry Michels charging sexual harassment and seeking monetary damages: the woman was a temporary secretary said to be assigned to the executive pool but unlike the others, her charges stem from Michel’s alleged behaviour off-site and after her employment at Santa Cruz was over; the suit forced Michels to resign all his posts at Santa Cruz just before Christmas and the company says he is now in the position of a passive investor, owning about 16% of the stock; Microsoft Corp owns another 16%; Larry’s son Doug Michels has 20%; the employees have 22%, and other investors 26%.
