Fourier Systems, a provider of analysis software, has launched MultiLab data analysis software for PCs running the Linux operating system.

The company said the new Linux software works with Fourier’s USBLink and MultiLogPro data loggers, as well as the full range of the company’s over 65 sensors.

The new MultiLab for Linux supports Ubuntu – v9.04 or higher, Fedora – v11 or higher and Debian Linux operating systems, where its user interface is configured for English as the default language, and can be customised for any other language upon request.

Fourier Systems CEO Ken Zwiebel said they were glad to introduce the Linux version of MultiLab and reach an important segment of science educators worldwide.

Fourier would be demonstrating MultiLab for Linux at BETT 2011 at Grandgall Hall – Booth N49, January 12-15, 2011, at Olympia in London, the company said.
