Net income for the fourth quarter was $955,000 or $0.05 per share. For the corresponding quarter in fiscal 1995, the Company reported a net loss of $2.1 million or a pro forma loss of $0.12 per share. Revenues for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1996 increased 200% to $30.0 million, compared to $10.0 million for fiscal 1995. Net loss for fiscal 1996 was $2.0 million or a loss of $0.11 per share, compared to a loss of $7.4 million or a loss of $0.45 per share for fiscal 1995.
