Abtex Software has changed its name to Pertmaster International as part of its bid to concentrate on its micro-based project management software of the same name; Pertmaster is buying the 67% of its Palo Alto, California associate Westminster Software Inc that it does not already own and is selling its Aberdeen- based Personal Computer dealer and its Data General systems house subsidiaries to their management; the company has sold a minority stake to an unnamed venture capital house for UKP340,000 as it seeks to fund growth that it hopes will take it from its current UK turnover of UKP1m to UKP12m by 1990.
