Fluke Networks launches new version of analysis offering

To speed and simplify network troubleshooting across wired and wireless networks

By CBR Staff Writer

Fluke Networks has launched OptiView V6, a new version of its analysis offering, to speed and simplify network and application troubleshooting across wired and wireless networks.

Fluke said that the new version of analysis offering is an integration of recently acquired ClearSight Networks ClearSight Analyser (CSA) offering into the OptiView portable analysis platform.

CSA combines a simple user interface with the ability to capture, index and classify complex network and application data, providing new methods for managing a network with increased control and visibility to solve problems.

The OptiView V6 with CSA can be used with protocol analysers from a number of providers, including Wireshark, to move from trace file decode analysis to actionable information.

Fluke Networks network analysis marketing manager Dan Klimke said that the integrated OptiView and CSA offering provides tools for visibility and insight into the IT services infrastructure providing a complete view of the application delivery network.
