Engineering group FLS Industries A/S, Copenhagen has sold its FLS Data unit to Electronic Data Systems Corp and will enter a strategic co-operative alliance with the Plano, Texas firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. FLS says it is looking for the agreement to extend its areas of business activity and expertise.
