Details were still sketchy yesterday, but a Florida public interest lawyer and adjunct professor of law was scheduled to hold a press conference in Washington during the day to announce formation of a federal political action committee, the Committee to Fight Microsoft Corp, Dow Jones & Co reported. The lawyer, Andy Martin, also plans to petition the US Court of Appeals to intervene in the pending appeals by Microsoft and the Justice Department over Judge Sporkin’s ruling.
