Summit, New Jersey-based Interactive Technologies develops software such as the multi-lingual Advantage Fee System that enables providers of financial services to better manage fee arrangements.
Fiserv believes the acquisition will give it another product to offer to larger financial services organizations.
The company also plans to use its Integration Framework, a technology designed to integrate portions of Fiserv products, to blend features of Interactive Technologies’ fee management and billing product with Fiserv’s own software to create new functionality that will better serve clients.
