Firstsource To Provide Customer Management Services To UniRush Cardholders

Firstsource Solutions, a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has signed a three-year agreement with UniRush to provide customer care management services to its cardholders.

Firstsource will provide customer care services including call centre and back office management and additionally support UniRush’s e-care work stream. The partnership is expected to provide UniRush with increased operational efficiency, better risk mitigation and cost competitive solutions that help support its expanding operations in the US.

Sanjeev Sinha, EVP of Firstsource, said: “Over the years Firstsource has worked with leading card issuers and with other major financial institutions across a range of customer service processes and has a proven track record of increasing efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Firstsource’s range of services includes credit evaluation, accounts set-up, customer service and account maintenance, dispute resolution, receivables & collections management, mortgage origination and servicing, insurance policy issuance and administration, payment processing, research and analytics.
