FIRST DATA RESOURCES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SYSTEMS ASSOCIATES

The Ohama, Nebraska-based First Data Resources Inc credit card processing unit of American Express Travel Related Services Co has completed the acquisition of Systems Associates Inc following its $13.25 a share cash tender offer for the Charlotte, North Carolina developer and seller of integrated software for health care bodies.
