FINANCIAL TIMES SAY UK CAA TO REPLACE ITS IBM

According to the Financial Times, the UK Civil Aviation Authority plans to replace its IBM 9020D museum piece air traffic control computer – if memory serves, it consists of two 360/65s front ended by three 360/50s, which are mid-1960s vintage machines with only 4381, and that not until 1990.
