Tavant Technologies, a provider of IT solutions and services for the consumer lending domain, has announced that Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio-based diversified financial services company, has collaborated with the company to launch a direct-to-consumer lending web-application.
Reportedly, the application is a multi-functional self service channel where customers initiate contact with Fifth Third Bank, identify loan fit, find and apply for appropriate lending products, and utilize Fifth Third Bank’s supporting content, calculators and valuation tools. It has added that currently, the application gives customers the opportunity to directly apply for home equity and vehicle loans.
The company has said that the the web-application is packed with several tools for the end-users. It lets borrowers find the rate, APR and monthly payment using an integrated calculator. Drawing on integration with Fifth Third Bank’s systems, the application displays home equity and vehicle financing rates. Additionally, the home value estimator presents the value of a given property along with price trends for the neighborhood. Borrowers can also use click-to-call to request assistance.
