FIBERNET AND ELSTREE COMPUTING COMBINE TO CABLE IBM AND DEC HOUSES

Fibernet Ltd and Elstree Computing Ltd have joined forces to design and implement cabling systems for multi-vendor networks integrating optical fibre with conventional transmission media. The service is aimed at organisations located in scattered buildings, and the IBM and DEC user community in particular. Elstree’s intelligent building services division will provide the consultancy and design using fibre optic controllers from Fibernet.
