FEW ASSETS MAKE UP AN APPARENTLY SUBSTANTIAL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS

Underlining how few assets go to make up an apparently substantial software distribution business, with the Software International distribution business going to Computer Associates, and now the Cyborg Systems Inc business going to a newly formed London EC subsidiary, Cyborg Systems (UK), which is taking on all the staff of the PPL Cyborg division, there is already very little left of bankrupt PPL Plc apart from the Sheffield Micro acquisition, which the receiver is certain to sell as a going concern.
