The contract has an estimated value of $16 million over five years if all options are exercised. The new system developed by SRA will modernize and integrate National Gang Intelligence Center’s (NGIC) disparate systems while providing enhanced connectivity, knowledge management and discovery, and information sharing of gang-related intelligence with law enforcement agencies. Services provided by SRA will include systems design, development, integration, data collection and management. It will also provide services like web development and integration of commercial and government off-the-shelf products.

Stan Sloane, president and CEO of SRA International, said: Our team has extensive experience developing information sharing and collaboration systems for the law enforcement community. We look forward to helping NGIC collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence to help law enforcement authorities plan and execute strategies to prevent further gang activity and violence.
