EXTEL CHAIRMAN AND CE APPOINTED DEPUTY CHAIRMAN AT KODE INTERNATIONAL

Alan Brooker, who as chairman and chief executive of Extel Group Plc saw off Demerger One before having to bow to United Newspapers, has been appointed deputy chairman at Kode International Plc, and will take over as chairman when RonMarler retires as planned this year.
