Darien, Connecticut-based Executone Information Systems Inc has announced the expansion of its digital product, the Integrated Digital System. Executone says the system enables users to expand modularly up to 432 telephones. This new configuration handles a capacity of 84 ports. Features include management and traffic reporting, internal call accounting, automated attendant, voice mail integration and forced or verified account codes. Unlimited capability for single-line 2500 type telephones increases the IDS 84’s ability to handle peripheral devices such as cordless telephones, facsimile machines, modems and answering devices. The system also has internal and remote diagnostic and maintenance capabilities that enable distributors and Executone to respond to customer needs.
