Everex Systems Inc, Fremont, California, has appointed turnaround specialist Harold Clark as its president and chief operating officer: Clark joins Everex from Ingram Micro D and takes over from Everex founder Steve Hui who remains chief executive – Clark is working on a restructuring plan following layoffs at the beginning of the year.
