Eurostop tailors retail system for Facis London store

Italian tailoring brand Facis will manage sales and stock at its new store in London with assistance from Eurostop's e-rmis retail system. Eurostop's e-pos system will be integrated into e-rmis.

Facis opened its first UK store in London’s Conduit Street in July 2008. The firm had been supplying its brand of products in the UK and Ireland through wholesalers.

Eurostop’s e-rmis will manage the movement of stock and data at Facis’ store as well as communicate with and update the tills. Its features include product set-up, purchase ordering, ticket printing, goods in, allocation and replenishment. The SQL Server-based database can be interfaced to accounts packages and e-commerce systems.

Elie El-Choueiry, director at Facis, said: “The system is easy to use and comes with proven credentials. It had the key features that we required, and saves us time and money by helping us to operate efficiently.”

Eurostop provides retail management hardware and software to fashion, footwear and general merchandise sectors. Its other products include e-commerce for independent retailers; e-data for the collection of tenants’ data from shopping malls; e-cubes for data mining; and e-time for capturing staff working hours.

Phillip Moylan, sales and marketing manager at Eurostop, said: “Eurostop’s solution is ideal for the independent retailer and those starting new ventures. It provides an easy to use system that enables retailers to closely monitor and control stock throughput.”

Eurostop’s customers include Ann Summers, Ben Sherman, Cult Clothing, Daks, Firetrap, Full Circle, Ghost, Hardy Amies, Pentland Brands and more.
