EURIWARE WINS TUNISIAN CONTRACT, WILL PROVIDE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ARABIC+FRENCH VIEWDATA KIOSK

By CBR Staff Writer

French industrial systems integrator Euriware SA has won a contract from the Tunisian ministry of telecommunications to establish the infrastructure for Tunisia’s first Videotex Kiosk, as well as a five year maintenance contract. The service, in Arabic and French, will be available by the end of 1995 and is part of the Arab League’s effort to Arabise viewdata services. The system will be based on Tunisia’s X25 network and will be compatible and accessible from international ISDN networks.
