The EU has been investigating mobiles operators since the start of the year, the evidence uncovered thus far is said to have raised serious competition concerns especially in the UK and Germany.
Vodafone, Orange, One2One and BT Cellnet were among the companies raided as officers searched for evidence of collusion.
Naturally the operators have denied price fixing but have admitted the price of overseas mobile calls is high.
