eSignal upgrades market data software

Financial market data company eSignal has released 'eSignal 8.0' software, providing additional market data from global exchanges and expanded Forex and treasury data.

By CBR Staff Writer

eSignal 8.0 includes futures information from the Dow Jones Commodities News Services, along with enhanced futures analytics ranging from continuous contracts to a fully customizable Quoteboard, electronic volume, settlement date, settlement price, and combined session symbols.

For traders who prefer to model and create their own individual studies or to perform additional ad hoc analyses, eSignal 8.0 improves on its eSignal Formula Script (EFS) with major modifications designed to reduce the amount of time needed to code.

The software expands the amount of market data available to its customers, bringing more than 20 points of additional market data from newly added exchanges and indices, including CME Globex and the Tokyo Stock Exchange Futures.
