L M Ericsson Telefon AB is looking to enter yet another joint venture, this time in France. The Swede is in talks with Societe Anonyme de Telecommunications, SAT, to form a venture to be equally owned by Ericsson SA and Societe Anonyme, part of the Sagem group. To be formed in June, the company will market private communicati ons equipment in France and will also develop PABX-rel ated products, including cordless PABXs. It will be staffed from Ericsson SA and SAT, but manufacturing will stay with the parents.
