ERICSSON HAS ORDERS TOTALLING $50M FOR CELLULAR RADIO SYSTEMS

L M Ericsson has announced orders totalling $50m for cellular radio system equipment from Macao, Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates, taking its tally of countries with cellular systems installed or on order to 26: the United Arab Emirates and Macao hafe selected the TACs cellular radio system, currently in operation in the UK, Ireland and in the People’s Republic of China, while Cyprus has chosen the Nordic Mobile Telephone NMT 900 cellular system, operating in the Nordic countries and Switzerland.
