L M Ericsson AB has completed the previously announced sale of its office equipment and peripherals supplier Facit AB to Norwegian interests for an undisclosed sum (CI No 794): majority owner is now Norwegian office furniture and fittings maker Design Funktion KS and its Swedish subsidiary Design Funktion AB; Facit will continue to collaborate on research and development with Ericsson – and presumably with the new Nokia Data firm.
