ERICCSON’S AUSTRALIAN SUBSIDIARY TO SELL ITS BROKERS’ DEALING SYSTEM IN JAPAN

The Australian subsidiary of L M Ericcson, which is a joint venture with the Kanematsu Gosho trading company, is to sell its brokers’ dealing system in Japan: Australian customers include the ANZ and National Australia banks; Ericcson Oz is hoping to double its exports by 1988 to $Aus40m and Kanematsu Gosho hopes to sell 200 to 300 of the trading systems in the first year, and 500 per year by the third year, for a 15% to 20% share.
