Utilizes 3LCD technology to deliver advanced image quality and visual presentations

By CBR Staff Writer

Epson America, a provider of image output products, has launched the PowerLite G5000, a latest in its line of installation projectors expected to be designed to provide flexibility, performance and installation for executive boardrooms and educational institutions.

According to Epson, offering XGA resolution and 4,000 lumens white light output and 4,000 lumens color light output, PowerLite G5000 utilizes 3LCD technology to deliver advanced image quality and visual presentations.

Epson claims that the PowerLite G5000 provides installation using positioning flexibility with a centered lens design, vertical/horizontal lens shift mechanism, and Quick Corner, an adjustment tool allowing for individual corner manipulation to fit the image to the screen. This new projector is also engineered to interface and integrate with programming and controller applications, as well as work with modules and drivers for systems, including touch-panel screens and multiple content devices.

Edgar Jimenez, associate product manager of projection at Epson America, said: The PowerLite G5000 represents Epson’s commitment to creating high-quality projection technology that produces astounding quality, reliability and precision control. The easy maintenance and low cost of ownership features, coupled with powerful projection technology, make this an ideal choice for cost-sensitive installations that require professional performance.
