EPSON AMERICA INC LAUNCHED JAPANESE PARENT’S 5.8 LBS 80386SX-BASED 8.5″ BY 11.7″ BY 1.7″ NOTEPAD COMPUTER

Epson America Inc has launched itsJapanese parent’s 5.8 lbs 80386SX-based 8.5 by 11.7 by 1.7 notepad computer: the box has black-on-white VGA graphics, a 3.5 floppy and 20Mb or 40Mb Winchester: the NB3s takes up to 5Mb memory and the hard drives are removable to make it lighter; the NiCad battery lasts two to three hours and recharges in two; it can plug into an optional docking station that can support an additional 120Mb of disk storage, two full-size AT slots, and an external 101-character keyboard; out November but no price given.
