The software supports multiple check books, and users can create checks with pre-defined check numbers. The interface allows for all check elements (payee, date, amount, etc) to be typed in, and users can also input any additional notes.
The software is installed with several check templates for different banks. It also provides an update function lets users download the latest check template from the server.
The search function in the check is designed to locate issued checks, and user can also move to-and-fro to review the issued check records. The software provides two reports, payee report and account report. These track the issued by the payee or by the account.
ChequeSystem can print the check elements completely, which is ready to issue once signed. The batch-printing function lets users print a series of checks in a batch by specifying the account and the check numbers. The software supports printers including dot matrix, ink-jet and laser printers.
