The management buyout of the information services division of JWP Inc, Rye Brook, New York by a group led by management and employees has now been completed, resulting in a new personal computer systems integration company named Entex Information Services Inc, which is structured around what is left of of JWP’s Businessland Inc acquisition. The new company claims that annual business is running at $1,200m, and starts life with 1,900 employees, who are participating in the buyout; it will remain in Rye Brook. The Entex name is an acronym for Enterprise Technologies: it serves mainly big companies.
