Entegrity Solutions Corp, San Jose, California provider of enterprise security software and services, has completed its second round of financing, coming up with $6m. The privately-held company has now raised a total of $8.75m in venture capital. Convergence Partners, which served as the lead investor and Thomson-CSF Ventures participated in the financing, joining first-round investors Draper Fisher Associates and Safeguard/ICG Internet Capital Group, as well as individual investors, participated in this second round. Entegrity says it will be announcing a number of enterprise customers within the next few weeks, including what it claims are a top-tier internet service and content provider, a major regional bell operating company and a large systems integrator. The deployments at these companies are already taking place, according to Entegrity. The company was founded in 1996 and boasts an integrated security package that includes a public key infrastructure, strong encryption, user authentication and secure document processing. Its services arm provides consulting, system design, implementation and training.
