Further to the announcement on 1 December 2000, Bill Trent has been appointed to the Board and will commence his role as Group Finance Director with immediate effect. Chris Hibbert will remain on the Board as a Director, with particular responsibility for representing Energis’ interests on Joint Venture boards and strategic investments. This position will be on a part-time basis.
