The agreement calls for En Pointe to provide continuous 24/7 service desk, end user support, hardware and software maintenance, install/move/add/change and managed rollout services. En Pointe will assume responsibility for managing all aspects and associated service levels of the service desk.

Although it has not named the company in question, En Pointe did reveal that it is a major manufacturer with operating facilities throughout the western US, including several facilities on the East Coast.
