Emptoris and SciQuest partner to serve government and healthcare markets

Emptoris, a provider of contract management software, and SciQuest, a provider of procurement automation and supplier enablement systems, have partnered to target the education, government, healthcare, and life science markets.

Accoding to the partners, they will work together to help organizations drive cost savings and contract compliance by capitalizing on the combined value of each company’s proven offerings and services. Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will conduct certain joint sales and marketing activities, as well as collaborate on customer implementations of both companies’ solutions, including Emptoris’s sourcing, contract management and spend analysis solutions and SciQuest’s procurement automation and supplier enablement solutions.

Together, Emptoris’s and SciQuest’s solutions address the spectrum of enterprise-wide requirements, including meeting the diverse needs of financial leaders who need keen insight into spend, as well as end-users who require fast and easy access to the products and services to successfully execute against their responsibilities.
