The trial will be conducted in a laboratory environment using a scaled down version of a real CDMA 2000-1xRTT network, and is designed to test the capabilities of live video-on-demand and video mail to mobile handsets and other hand held devices, such as PDA’s. As part of the trial, Emblaze Systems will provide support and training to the Motorola GTSS team on the use of its backend system. Media content for the trial will be supplied by Emblaze through a number of its content partners.

Ron Barly, Joint General Manager of Motorola GTSS Israel said: Emblaze Systems is giving us the opportunity to demonstrate the advanced 1xRTT technology of Motorola. Itzhak Ronen, General Manager of Motorola GTSS in Israel added: The joint trial with Emblaze is yet another corner stone in broadening the availability of 2.5/3G applications and content to Motorola customers.

Eli Reifman, Chief Executive of Emblaze said: We are very pleased to be working so closely with Motorola. Their geographical spread and broad spectrum of technological operations puts us in an excellent position to increase our penetration in global markets.
