Sounds like one of ours – Elexis Corp, Miami has announced that it has reached a settlement of certain patent litigation over its Microtech product line with an unidentified manufacturer under which the defendent will discontinue its business and sell to Elexis certain of its inventory, raw materials and other assets… oh-oh, perhaps not – since 1982, it goes on, Elexis Corp has operated as a designer, marketer and manufacturer of high technology electronic products in the sports/fitness and pet-care fields, most notably the Microtech line of – electronic flea collars.
