ELECTRONIC ASSOCIATES FACES SHAREHOLDER SUIT

Electronic Associates Inc, one of the few survivors of the analogue computer business, faces a shareholder suit alleging that its anti-takeover measures violate shareholder rights, and has received a $2.2m claim from the US government as part of its share of an analogue computer patent infringement suit brought by Dynamics Corp against the Uncle Sam for using computers that allegedly infringed the patents: Electronic Associates says that it will challenge the claim.
