Hybrid cloud computing infrastructure company Egnyte has released Egnyte HybridCloud File Sharing for the Enterprise which provides a scalable, secure application for file sharing and collaboration in enterprise environments.

The company added a set of new features and integrations to the Egnyte HybridCloud File Sharing for the Enterprise.

Egnyte has implemented a new UI based on HTML 5 to enable business consumers and IT managers to navigate through tasks to get their jobs done, the company said.

Remote and mobile workers would get access to the updated iPad, iPhone, Android applications and the newly released Windows Mobile application on this platform.

Mobile productivity app integrations include Avatron, QuickOffice and GoodReader.

It will help end users access workflow integrations with Salesforce, Google Docs and Microsoft Outlook.

Egnyte Object Store is an enterprise-class architecture that has been created by the company to allow organisations to scale up to 10mn files and upwards of 10,000 concurrent users.

Egnyte’s Unified FTP environment enables users to upload files up to 1TB, allowing both IT and business users to collaborate with others.

It can leverage the Egnyte HybridCloud File Server application with the help of partners, who include NetApp, Netgear and VMware.
